I designed for the plastic modeler community.
Backlog Problems
Based on the research, over 95% of the members of the plastic modeling community have backlog problems. Plastic modelers tend to buy more than they will build, resulting in large backlogs. 30% of this user group own backlogs over 3 digits! I designed Plamo Manager to help track their collections while encouraging them to start building their model kits.
Social media app for model builders.
The phone app focuses on the scanning and managing the plastic model collection.
Check before you buy
Before purchasing a model in the store, users can use the built-in camera function to double-check if they have previously made the same purchase.
Manage your backlog
Users can easily manage their backlogs by accessing their collections from any page.

The web app focuses on the community. Discover new build from the community, Make friends and Encourage each other from hobby burn outs.
