EzInc aims to make self-incorporation easy. With a step-to-step service, EzInc offers a fast and reliable service to save time on the company incorporation process. I worked with EzInc to build their website from the scratch, from optimizing the prompt and visual of the incorporation steps to designing a mobile responsive website for users from all platforms.

The Opportunity
There are around 95,000 new businesses started in Canada per year. By interviewing the business starters, I created a frictionless experience which guides them through their business incorporation process.
WIREFRAME CONCEPTS
Simplicity is Key
The main focus of this web app design is simplicity. Through user research, the biggest pain point business starters have is going over tedious steps when incorporating their businesses. I went through the process and broke it into 16 small procedures categorized into 4 main steps.
Frictionless Progress
Each step was designed with clear prompts and graphic examples to visualize the options. Minimalistic UI was also designed to make sure the users only focus on providing the information for each prompt.
Our target users shared that the design is intuitive, self-explanatory with the images and texts, and error-proof.
